Product Description:
The LK-T63 aluminum foil container making machine is designed for stable and intelligent production, equipped with a digital touch screen control system and automatic counting function to help operators manage production efficiently.This model is specially built for 3-cavity molds, making it ideal for small and medium-size aluminum foil containers. The whole line runs automatically, including decoiler, press, mold lifter, safety door, scrap aspirator, control cabinet, and 3-ways stacker.
The digital touch screen uses a brand PLC system and supports multiple languages including English, Chinese, and French. Operators can set speed, monitor running status, adjust parameters, and view real-time data clearly on the screen. When the machine detects an abnormality, it will automatically alarm and display the fault code on the touch panel for quick maintenance.
The built-in automatic counting system accurately records production quantity in real time. Users can check total output, shift output, and hourly yield at any time, which helps with production statistics, order tracking, and factory management.
