If you are producing coated aluminum foil containers, you already know: coated materials behave differently. They require precise control, stable pressure, and gentle handling to avoid scratching or damaging the coating layer. The LK-T80 is built specifically with these requirements in mind.
Coated aluminum foil (often used for non-stick or colored containers) has a surface layer that can be easily scratched or marred during feeding and stamping. The LK-T80 addresses this with its extremely stable "H" frame and solid worktable design.
We work with all standard coated material grades including 3003H24, 8011 H22, and 3004 H24. Material thickness range is 0.025-0.2mm, covering most coated container applications. The enclosed lubrication system means no oil mist or droplets contaminate your coated material during production—a common problem with open-lubrication machines that can ruin coated surfaces.
If you are producing colored coated containers, you probably switch colors frequently. The LK-T80 supports quick color changes through two features: the fast mold change system (15 minutes, one person) and the ability to add printing or embossing units. Need to match a specific brand color? Use your coated material supplier's color range—the machine handles it perfectly.
The detachable logo block works beautifully on coated materials. Since coated surfaces are often smoother than bare aluminum, the embossing comes out crisp and clean. You can maintain your brand presence even on specialty coated products.
