LK-T63 Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine with C Frame Structure for 3 Cavity Mould Production
Product Description:
The LK‑T63 is a fully automatic aluminum foil container making machine, specially designed for 3‑cavity mould production. It is mainly used for producing small and medium‑size aluminum foil containers, with a stable C‑frame structure as the main body.
This machine is supplied as a complete production line, including decoiler, press unit, mould lifter arm, safety door, scrap aspirator, control cabinet and 3‑ways stacker. It uses a lithium‑based ester oil lubrication system for stable and reliable long‑term operation.
The LK‑T63 is equipped with a safety door that automatically stops the machine when opened during operation, ensuring high safety for operators. It can run continuously for 24 hours, with a working speed of 35–68 strokes per minute and an output of about 9,000–12,000 pieces per hour. Only one operator is needed to run the whole line.
Key electrical parts are from international brands such as Mitsubishi, Innomotics and Schneider. The machine supports aluminum foil materials from 0.025 mm to 0.2 mm thick. Mould changing is efficient, with one worker able to finish replacement within 15 minutes. The defective rate is as low as 1/1000, helping customers reduce waste and improve productivity.
