The LK-T80 is engineered for multi-cavity mold production, offering a solution for businesses seeking to increase capacity while adding value to finished containers. This 80-ton press combines production efficiency with customization capabilities.
The LK-T80 features an H frame structure. Unlike C frame designs, this configuration provides superior stability and resistance to off-center loads during high-speed stamping. A solid worktable—distinct from hollow tables used in many competing models—delivers three operational benefits:
This construction accommodates material thickness from 0.025mm to 0.2mm, covering both thin and thick gauge aluminum foil.
With 4 cavities and operating speed of 35-68 strokes per minute, the LK-T80 delivers hourly output of 9,000 to 12,000 containers. One operator manages the line—a true one-person, one-machine automated solution.
The enclosed oil lubrication system maintains workshop cleanliness and reduces lubricant consumption compared to open systems. Automatic counting and self-diagnostic fault display on the touchscreen minimize downtime.
The LK-T80 incorporates a detachable logo block for custom embossing. Different logos for different orders require only a block swap. The automatic feeder can be equipped with an embossing unit for textured patterns. A printing device can be added for full-color designs.
Complete mold-making service is available in-house—from design to production—for standard, wrinkle-free, or coated containers, tailored to customer samples.
Safety doors trigger automatic machine stop if opened during operation. The integrated mold lifter arm and hydraulic pump enable one person to complete mold change in approximately 15 minutes. Core components are sourced from established industrial brands. Multi-language touchscreen interface supports global operation.
