LK-T80 Aluminum Foil Making Machine Container Forming Line Mitsubishi PLC Touch Screen
The LK-T80 is a fully automatic production line designed for efficient and reliable manufacturing of aluminum foil containers. This machine features a Japanese Mitsubishi PLC and user-friendly touchscreen interface, making operation intuitive and easy to learn for your production staff.
Built with an H-frame structure for enhanced stability compared to common C-frame designs, the LK-T80 maintains consistent performance during high-speed operation. It is standardly configured with a 4-cavity mold, producing four containers per stamping cycle for greater output.
The entire process—from coil feeding and precision stamping to automatic stacking—is fully automated and requires only one operator. With a running speed of 35-68 strokes per minute and the 4-cavity setup, the line can produce over 14,000 pieces per hour.
