Product Overview
We manufacture custom aluminum foil container molds based on your samples. Our molds are designed to fit T63, T80, T130 machines, and other brand presses. To ensure compatibility, provide your machine model, mounting dimensions, shut height, and stroke for evaluation.
Available wall styles include wrinkle wall and smooth wall. Edge rolling options encompass full edge rolling, folded edge, and reverse edge rolling. Cavity count is configured according to output demand, with T63 standard at 3-cavity and T80 standard at 4-cavity.
We offer free sample measuring services. Once wall type, edge style, and depth are confirmed, mold production begins. Approximately one month after mold completion, we provide final material parameters for raw material purchasing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can your mold fit my press if it's from another brand?
A: Yes. We customize molds for various presses and accept different brands. Provide your machine model and parameters, and we'll design the mold base accordingly.
Q2: What is the difference between T63 and T80?
A: T63 is C-frame, 3-cavity, and requires lithium grease. T80 is H-frame, 4-cavity, offers better stability, has a sealed oil circuit (no grease needed), and is cleaner and more oil-efficient. If budget allows, T80 is recommended.
Q3: Can you make both wrinkle wall and smooth wall molds?
A: Yes. We customize molds by sample for both wrinkle wall and smooth wall containers.
Q4: What edge rolling styles are available?
A: Full edge rolling, folded edge, and reverse edge rolling.
Q5: How long does mold changeover take?
A: The machine is equipped with a mold lift device and worktable adjusted by hydraulic pump. One operator completes the process in about 15 minutes.
Q6: Can I add my own logo?
A: Yes. Logo inserts are removable and interchangeable.
Q7: Can you do embossing and coating?
A: Embossing device is mounted on the feeder. Coated raw material is safe and color can be customized.
Q8: When should I buy raw material?
A: About one month after mold completion we notify you of final material parameters. Then you can purchase accordingly.
