The LK-T80 is an 80-ton aluminium foil plate making machine for continuous production of foil containers, trays, and lunch boxes. From roll stock to finished pieces — feeding, stamping, forming, counting, and stacking — the whole process runs automatically with one operator.
Beyond output, this model focuses on three practical points that matter every day on the shop floor: operator safety, easy mould change, and fast product switchover. These features directly reduce downtime and keep production moving.
The T80 is equipped with a safety door on the working area. During operation, if the door is opened, the machine stops immediately. This protects the operator during feeding, inspection, or clearing jams.
The door is part of a full safety interlock system handled by the PLC. Opening the door triggers an automatic stop, and production only resumes after the door is properly closed and confirmed.
The machine is equipped with a mould lifting device to assist with mould change on the press. Combined with hydraulic worktable adjustment, it simplifies the process so one worker can complete a changeover in about 15 minutes without wrench operation. This reduces reliance on additional tools and extra personnel.
Each container product has its own running parameters — stroke settings, feed step, cavity mode, speed, and so on. The T80 control system stores up to 60 sets of mould parameters.
When switching products, the operator selects the saved set from the touch screen and the machine adjusts automatically. There is no need to re-set everything by hand or write down numbers on paper. For a factory running multiple container sizes, this saves a significant amount of changeover time.
