The LK-T80 80ton aluminium foil plate making machine is engineered for high-volume production of disposable food containers. Built on an H-frame press structure with closed-loop lubrication, the T80 is designed for continuous 24/7 operation. Control is handled by a Mitsubishi PLC with touch screen interface; servo feeding ensures precise material positioning at 35-70 strokes per minute. At 4 cavities (optional 6), output reaches approximately 9,000-12,000 pieces per hour depending on container specification.
