The LK-T63 is specially optimized for 3-cavity mold production. The LK-T63 features an intelligent interlock safety enclosure. If an operator manually opens the safety door during active production, sensors instantly detect the breach and trigger an immediate automatic emergency stop.
Yes. The full press line includes a high-powered Scrap Aspirator. As the containers are punched, the remaining aluminum foil scrap is automatically suctioned out of the die area and collected. This prevents scrap buildup from damaging the mold, reduces manual cleaning downtime, and keeps your production environment pristine.
We mainly produce T63, T80 and T130. Different types meet the needs of customers in different markets.
