The machine accommodates various roll sizes as long as the carton dimensions fall within (200-460)mm length × (30-60)mm width × (30-60)mm height. Changeover is achieved by adjusting tooling and templates.
A photoelectric detection and tracking system inspects each box before sealing. If no product is detected inside, the machine will not seal or discharge the box, avoiding empty packaging waste.
