The LK-T63 is a fully automatic aluminium foil container making machine built around a 63-ton press. The press body uses a C-frame structure, and the lubrication system runs on lithium-based esters. With 3-cavity moulds, it produces the small and medium containers used for takeaway boxes.
Wrinkle wall and smooth wall moulds both run on the same press line. One complete line consists of a 950/1450 decoiler, the T63 press, a mould lifter arm, safety doors, a scrap aspirator, a control cabinet, and a 3-way stacker. A Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen are housed in the control cabinet.
Boxes produced on the line are used for restaurant takeaway, catering, bakery, and food packing. Square, round, and irregular shapes are produced by changing the mould, and moulds can be customized to customer samples.

Q: Can this machine produce takeaway boxes?
A: Yes. Small and medium aluminum foil containers suit the 63-ton press with 3-cavity moulds. Box size follows the mould, and moulds can be customized to customer samples.
Q: What does "wrinkle wall and smooth wall on one press line" mean?
A: Both mould types fit the same press. You switch wall type by changing the mould, so takeaway boxes with a folded wall and boxes with a smooth wall are produced on one line.
Q: How many boxes can it make per minute?
A: The catalog working speed is 35 to 70 strokes per minute. With a 3-cavity mould that is a theoretical 105 to 210 boxes per minute, calculated as strokes per minute multiplied by 3 cavities. Actual output depends on box size, foil thickness, mould condition, and operating practice.
Q: How long does a mould change take?
A: Moulds are loaded with the platform-mounted lifter arm, and the machine has a quick mould changing device. Up to 60 sets of mould parameters are stored in the control system, so repeat orders are recalled from the panel. Exact changeover time depends on mould size and operator experience.

A: Yes. Moulds are supplied in wrinkle wall or smooth wall type, from single cavity to multi-cavity, and can be customized. Mould hardness is HRC 58–62, processing accuracy is ±0.01 mm, and vacuum heat treatment is used.
