Application
(1) This dewater machine have two functions,it can crush the large size raw material first,then extract to be juice,it is suitable for extracting juice from grape, tomato, fruits and vegetables. separating residues and juice.Also suit for cassava residue( Vietnam cassava residue), coffee extraction residue, wheat bran, soybean residue, corncob residue, corn residue, vegetable market food waste,kitchen waste,beer residue ,wheat grass,ect
(2) Its range of extracting ratio is very wide. The space between screw stem and cylinder can be adjusted according to different material extracted.
Features of dewatering machine
The Double Screw fruit and vegetable juice extractor is made of high-quality acid-proof stainless steel . The machine consists of double shaft shredder,frame, transmission, feed section, juice section, hydraulic systems and electrical control section and the shroud and other components. Press screw rotates together with the spindle, material handling screw set screw on the spindle and press for reverse rotation, the material of the press force of the uniform, taphole cone by the Night cylinder control oil pressure can be varied to adjust the material pressure effect, thereby adjusting the juice yield, the effect will be some differences due to different materials.
