HAIYUAN floating fish feed pellet machine can make many kinds of fodder for different kinds of animals. It can make floating fish feed, pet food,bird food,at the same time for different snacks food by chaging moulds, as well as aquaculture-fodder and fishery feed, which is also called floating fish feed.

2).The finished pellets can keep floating for 24 hours without pollution to water.
3).The floating time can be controlled by the puffing degree adjustment.
4).Electric heating device is adopted which can improve the feed expansion rate and pellets floating time.
5).High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest.
6).The cutting device can be adjusted to make pellets of different length,it is equipped with variable speed feeding to make sure feeding evenly.
7).Floating fish feed pellet machine applys to the pretreatment of the animal fodder so as to reduce loss of nutrition, advance the portein content.

Production line structure of floating Fish Feed Pellet Machine
1. Mixer: To mix the material, such as the bone powder, the corn powder and add some water.
2. Screw conveyer: Automatic to convey the powder from mixer to the extruer.
3. Screw extruder: Through this extruder can make the raw material become the puffed food, and through the model in the front of this extruder can product differend shape just need to change the modle.
4. Air conveyer: To send the food to the oven.
5. Multilayer oven: To dry the food, make it lose some water to be reserve easily. (you can according yourself choose the oil oven, gas oven, or the electric oven)
