Q. Can you make a multi-compartment food tray mold?
Yes. Please provide compartment volumes, divider height, sealing requirement, and the machine forming area. Replaceable inserts may be considered when several partition versions are required.
Q. What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide the product drawing or physical sample, product dimensions, sheet material and thickness, machine brand and model, forming area, required cavity quantity, cutting method, stacking method and target output.
Q. Can the mold be designed for our existing thermoforming machine?
Yes. We customize the mounting plate, installation dimensions, positioning, water connections, vacuum or pressure connections, cutting interface and stacking interface according to your machine drawing.
Q. How do you confirm mold quality before shipment?
The project passes drawing review, DFM analysis, mold design, CNC machining, dimensional inspection, assembly inspection, cooling and air-circuit testing, and in-house mold trials. Trial videos and formed samples can be provided for approval.
Q. What is the standard delivery time?
The standard lead time is approximately five weeks after receipt of the deposit and approval of the final mold drawing. Complex projects or multiple mold sets may require additional time.
