This multi-material thermoforming mold delivers consistent forming quality for custom cake containers, well-controlled wall thickness and reliable demolding. Cavity layout can be customized according to container dimensions, cavity quantity and your existing thermoforming equipment.
Cake containers made from PP and PET require differentiated design for stretching, cooling and release. Our mold structure adapts to both materials, balancing transparency for PET and toughness & heat resistance for PP packaging.
