Continuous and automatic Corn Flakes Processing Line with CE Standard

1. Description

It is mainly made from corn powder and form very cute ring shape after extrusion. It is a new choice for your breakfast after mixing with milk. Designed as a kind of breakfast cereal, it is crunchy taste and water resisting property make you have something in mouth for chewing, but not hard. To make cute rings, our company has three types production lines by capacity 150kg/hr, 240kg/hr and 500kg/hr.

a. Raw materials: adopts corn flour as raw materials

b. Products: This line can be used to produce corn flakes

c. Capacity:  150kg/h, 260kg/h for corn flakes; 150kg/h, 260kg/h and 500kg/h for breakfast cereal

f. Machines Materials:  All the machines are made by stainless steel, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function

2 .Features of Our Twin Screw Extruder

a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of bon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

3. Strong Fumigation-Free Cases For 20' GP & 40' HQ

Packed by standard wooden case outside and wrapped by plastic film inside then shipped by container.
