This is a multi-functional extruded feed machine suitable for fish, shrimp, and pets (pet food currently still tends to use pet-specific extruded feed). The machine's raw materials include corn, soybean meal, and animal manure, which can be directly fed into the machine for extrusion, producing various pellet feeds with fresh taste, unique shapes, rich nutrition, and a delicate texture, making them ideal for feeding fish, birds, dogs, ferrets, weasels, foxes, and other animals.
This equipment is suitable for small and medium-sized feed mills, research institutions, and professional aquaculture farmers. With the same feed formula, homemade extruded feed is 60-80% cheaper than commercial feed. The extruded feed pellets produced by this equipment are smooth and uniform, can float on the water surface for more than 12 hours without sinking, do not pollute water resources, and have a bactericidal effect, effectively reducing the occurrence of fish diseases.
An extruder machine for fish feed typically includes the following main systems.
1. Feeding System: A screw feeder is typically used to ensure a uniform and continuous flow of material into the extrusion chamber and prevent clogging.
2. The screw and barrel of the extruder are its main components.
Screw: Its structure can be adjusted according to product specifications, and it usually adopts a modular (building block) design. Made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant alloy steel, it has a long service life.
Barrel: To precisely control the temperature in different areas, the outer layer is usually covered with a heating/cooling jacket. This provides both a smooth and durable inner wall, reducing resistance and preventing material residue.
3. Cutting and Forming Equipment: The final size and shape of the product (e.g., round, bone-shaped, or fish-shaped) are determined by the mold (template). Changing the mold allows for the production of products of different shapes.
Cuter: An independent, high-speed rotary cutter with speed adjustment is used to adjust the particle length and ensure dimensional consistency.
4. Control Mechanism: It includes an intelligent control system that can precisely adjust and control parameters such as feed speed, screw speed, cross-sectional temperature, and cutting speed. It also has real-time monitoring and fault alarm functions to ensure production stability and product quality.
