Features
1. Particle size is finely adjustable, suitable for fish from fry to adults: fry have mouths smaller than a grain of rice, while adult fish can swallow particles the size of a soybean. Changing the mold on this machine is particularly convenient; the 0.8mm ultra-fine mold is suitable for fry, while the 8mm coarse mold is suitable for adults. Mold changes on this fish extruder machine are tool-free and can be done by hand in 10 minutes. Moreover, the particles are cut very neatly, without uneven lengths, so fish don't need to pick and choose, every bite is just right, reducing feed waste.
2. Low-temperature nutrient locking, preserving fishmeal aroma: Fishmeal is a fish's "favorite," but high temperatures destroy its aroma and nutrients. This fish feed processing machine features "low-temperature extrusion" technology, controlling the temperature between 120℃ and 140℃, perfectly shaping the raw material without burning the fishmeal. The resulting feed has a natural fish aroma; when thrown into the fishpond, fish swim from afar to grab it, increasing the feed intake rate by 30% compared to ordinary feed, and the fish grow faster.
