2 Head Belt conveyor Flip Needle Detector , Double Probe Metal Detection

Able to detect φ0.8mm ferrous steel ball at 120mm sensor height. Innovative sensor checking system by Auto PreChecker (optional) saves time.

Features

Two-head sensors are set at different angles to minimize a detection difference made by direction of broken needles
Large sized D – Newly improved visibility and operation from previous models. Various settings such as sensitivity, language mode, etc. can show current machine condition on the display very well.
Newly developed sensor – Ability for detection of foreign object is upgraded by newly developed search coils and optimized magnet position.
Enlarged sensitivity equality
Needle position indication – Machine can detect location of the broken needles, makes searching for them easier.
100-step sensitivity adjustment setting
Able to detect as small as φ0.8mm at detecting 100mm height
When needle detector detects a foreign object in a product, it rings an alarm and returns the product to the operator
Equipped with counter function
Foot switch and restart function (standard) – Restart function enables easy restarting of the conveyor belt without pushing the start button.
New convenient function for sensor test – For two head conveyor type needle detector, front sensor can be inactivated during rear sensor test.
Conveyor speed changing function – If machine detects sewing accessories, conveyor speed can be changed to 3 steps through the passage.

Printer – prints inspection records and counter results
Product guider – optional equipment for HN-870C,2870C. This appears as standard equipment on HN-780G, 2780G.
Auto PreChecker – makes sensor checking more accurate and quicker. By using PreCheck bar (Specialized test brock) & system, you do not need to check each coil one by one. The system checks sensor automatically. You can also keep the PreCheck results if you choose the optional printer.
