V FINDER metal separator is used for detecting and separating metal contamination that are mixed with plastic raw materials, including magnetic metal or non-magnetic metal ( such as copper,aluminum and stainless steel etc.). Since metal may mix with the old waste materials in the process of recycling, which eventually will cause production accidents, increase the times of maintenance and repair. Those problems finally will raise the cost and affect production efficiency. Compared with human feeding, vacuum feeding machine can automatically feed, thus can save labor cost, and it suits for customers with big production requirements.
