Industrial Unbaked Croissant Making Machine Butter Croissant Production Equipment
The laminated dough is rolled up with a rolling pin which is placed on the entrance of the forming equipment. Successively, the calibrated dough enters under a cutting roller where it is divided into triangles. The dough cut triangles are outdistanced apart and automatically carried to the roller machine which rolls up the product as if it were handmade.
