Its main function is to bear the weight of objects, lifting equipment, and chains, and to withstand the combined force of chain tension in the vertical bending section, ensuring that the chain runs along the track. The forging carriage is usually made of high-precision casting or forging, and is divided into two types: cast iron parts and cast steel parts. The carriage is equipped with rolling bearings and a pressure filled oil cup at the end to ensure good lubrication and low operating resistance.

Application areas:
overhead conveyor trolleys are widely used in suspended conveyors to support chains, bear objects, and guide work carts along I-beam tracks. According to usage requirements, an unloaded carriage can be added between two loaded carriages to balance the load.
