Measure the size of the OD., end to end, threads length of threaded couplings, make sure they are in tolerance.
3. Marking
The marking should cover product name, diameter, pressure, thread type, material, standard and lot No..

4. Threads
Test the threads with go/no go gauge.
5. Third party inspection
BV, SGS, LR, DNV, ABS.
Package
For forged pipe fittings, we use at least three layers package to protect their good conditions.
Each of Inconel 600 threaded coupling will be dipped into anti rust oil and then put into plastic bags. Then packed them into carton box, the outside of box will be tagged a label to show the product information, including the product picture, item, size, material and quantity. Finally put the box into wooden cases.
