Easy daily cleaning: only rinse plug & pipe with tap water, no extra detergent needed
Water supply pressure must keep 0.2–2.5 bar, water tank height ≥2m above battery surface; too high pressure leads to early shut-off, too low pressure causes incomplete water filling.
Only add water after battery full charging, strictly forbid watering before charging. High temperature after charging helps battery heat dissipation, avoid electrolyte overflow during charging cycle.
1. Keep water tank & pipeline clean, no dirt or impurities; use filter flow indicator to block foreign matter.
2. Prevent system from freezing in low temperature environment, frozen pipe will cause valve failure.
3. After watering finished, close water source immediately, max residual drip ≤2ml/min.
4. Regularly check plug shut-off performance, replace watering plug if sealing failure occurs.
Q1: Can this system fit all forklift batteries?
A1: We provide multiple floaters for separator height 49–75mm, customized pipe length & plug quantity for 24V/36V/48V/80V battery groups, compatible with most mainstream forklift battery brands.
Q2: How long is the service life of the whole set?
A2: High-quality anti-acid plastic accessories, service life longer than forklift battery, only replace individual watering plug when damaged.
Q3: Is installation hard? Can you provide installation drawings?
A3: Easy DIY installation, we supply detailed installation diagram & operation video for all clients.
Q4: What if the plug cannot shut off water automatically?
A4: Check if there’s impurity blocking floater, clean pipeline & filter; if floater mismatches battery height, replace matched floater.
