Forklift Attachment Fork positioners adjustable fork positioner Forklift Part for 1ton to 4.5ton Forklift Remarks: 1. Please gain the actual overall carrying capacity of forklift trucks/attachments from the forklift truck manufacturers. 2.The forklift truck needs to add two groups of additional oil lines so as to match the attachments. 3.Opening range: the minimum is the inside distance between two forks while they are closing, and the maximum is the outside distance between two forks while they are opening. 4.Sideshifting amount of the fork positioner is ±100mm.
5.It is recommended that the length of the fork does not exceed 1520mm.
Product characteristics
1 .Hydraulic system: the piston rod of the sideshift oil cylinder adopts the integral type, which is simple in structure and convenient for processing and repairing; the positioning oil cylinder has throttle valve to adjust the fork positioning speed, and the seals adopt well-known brand products with reliable quality.
2.Mechanical performance: the shift fork adopts fine steel castings, which is indestructible, and connected with supporting rod to reach compact structure, and light in weight to be convenient for fork installation, and the distance between forks while closing is smaller, respectively and making them close or separate, so as to improve the handling efficiency significantly.
