Water Particle Flow Polishing Machine is a device that uses high-pressure water mixed with micron-level abrasives to form a high-speed jet, and achieves precision polishing of the workpiece surface through impact cutting and rolling. Its core features are cold processing (no thermal damage), nanometer-level precision (Ra≤0.1μm) and adaptability to complex surfaces, supporting efficient processing of hard and brittle materials (such as ceramics, semiconductors) and soft metals (such as copper and aluminum).
