Unmanned Pallet Handler-Pallet-type Unmanned Forklift
The Pallet-type Unmanned Forklift is an intelligent logistics equipment based on autonomous driving technology. It is designed for standardized pallet handling scenarios. It integrates laser navigation, environmental perception and intelligent scheduling systems to realize automatic loading, unloading, transportation and stacking of pallet goods.
1. Working Principle
The unmanned pallet forklift is based on AGV/AMR technology and realizes autonomous operation through multi-sensor fusion. The system uses laser SLAM navigation (accuracy ±10mm) combined with visual assisted positioning, and is equipped with a 3D camera for pallet recognition (recognition rate>99.5%). The central controller processes environmental data in real time, plans the optimal path through the Dijkstra algorithm, and the servo motor drives the fork arm to complete the lifting operation with an accuracy of ±1mm. It supports docking with the WMS/ERP system API to realize the cloud-based issuance of task instructions and the return of operation data.
