Product Description:
At room temperature, sodium formate should rapidly dissolve in the response system (methanol-water mixed solution), with no visible insoluble residues after dissolution. If poorly soluble impurities (such as excessive water-insoluble substances) are present, they will deposit at the bottom of the response vessel, not only affecting heat transfer efficiency but also potentially clogging pipelines and valves, thereby increasing equipment cleaning costs.The production process must ensure that sodium formate does not cake during packaging and storage.

Sodium formate has strong hygroscopic properties, requiring strict control of its moisture absorption during storage and transportation. Physically, it must maintain a dry surface without any adhesion. If moisture is absorbed, it can lead to powder caking (formation of hard lumps), which not only makes crushing and feeding difficult but also introduces water into the reaction system, triggering side reactions with sodium dithionite (Na₂S₂O₄ + H₂O → NaHSO₃ + NaHSO₂), resulting in product loss.
