Table formwork - flying-3 - It is a large preassembled formwork and falsework unit
Overview
The assembled table formwork units are rolled into position and the joints sealed. Reinforcement is fixed and the concrete for the slab is cast. Once the concrete has achieved sufficient strength, the complete table is lowered, rolled out from under the slab and moved by crane to the next position. A table form/flying form is a large preassembled formwork and falsework unit, often forming a complete bay of a suspended floor slab.
Characteristics
1. Lightweight aluminum trusses and joists maximize crane reach.
2. Fast – generally a table can be stripped, flown and reset in about 15 to 20 minutes depending on job site conditions.
3. Repetitive nature of the work makes it easier to plan construction activities.

ZNLS will provide relating technical service including formwork & scaffolding proposal drawing, material list, shop drawing, calculation sheet, loading capacity analysis and assembly instruction on site and other after-sale service. Moreover, cargo transport arrangement and tracking, relating import and export documents will be supplied as customs’ requirements.
