Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of miniature flange load cell FCFK is normally around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of miniature compression sensor FCFK is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of micro compression load cell FCFK is normally within 0...+30mV.
Example one: Miniature Load Cell FCFK with 2.0mV/V powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0...+20mV.
Example two: Micro Force Sensor FCFK with 2.0mV/V powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0...+10mV.
Load cell + Signal amplifier:
Load cell normally outputs -30mV...+30mV which sometimes can hardly be recognized by signal processing units directly,so an signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Miniature Compression Force Transducer FCFK-100N working with 0-10V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-100N load VS 0-10V output,it is linear within the error range.
Load cell + Digital indicator
Digital indicator can work directly with load cell without signal amplifier,here are some functions from the indicator:

-Peak holding to grab the maximum force during testing
