S-Type Load Cell is also known as s-beam load cell because of its feasured s beam structure,s-type force sensor is able to measure both tension force and compression force.The sensor can convert load or force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.S-type load cell FS6A/FS6B outputs millivolt signal ranging -30mV...+30mV, and signal amplification may be needed for most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal which is proportional to applied force.The amplified output is can be easily processed by PLCs and data acquisition software.The applied force can be displayed through a load cell indicator,force indicator FPT is integrated with high accuracy/low noise 24 bit Sigma-Delta ADC,sampling speed up to 960Hz makes it suitable for both static and dynamic measurement; FPT also supports Modbus RTU protocol with RS485 or RS232 communication port,amplified signal 0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA is also achievable from FPT.
