The FLXN is a compact rod end force sensor designed for precise inline force monitoring in hydraulic actuators, mechanical linkages, and motion transmission systems. As a robust rod end load cell, it is engineered to be installed directly within actuator rods through its 1-14 UNS male and female threaded interfaces, allowing seamless integration without altering system geometry. Its true inline force path ensures accurate axial measurement of thrust and tension while maintaining alignment stability, making it highly suitable for applications where consistent force feedback and structural neutrality are critical.
Serving as a reliable thrust load cell and thrust force sensor, the FLXN delivers dependable performance in both tension and compression measurement. Available in 5 klb, 10 klb, and 20 klb capacities, it supports a wide range of industrial and testing requirements, from overload protection to closed-loop actuator control. Built from high-strength stainless steel, it provides excellent resistance to harsh environments, vibration, and long-term mechanical stress. The design also supports drop-in replacement for FUTEK LCB450 models, offering a practical upgrade path. Each unit is supplied with an in-house calibration report to ensure consistent accuracy, and customization options are available for mounting configurations or system-specific integration needs, making it a versatile solution for demanding force measurement applications.
