The FZTR flange load cell is a high-precision sensing device developed for continuous force monitoring in web handling systems. Installed at both ends of a roller assembly, this tension load cell ensures accurate detection of force variations and supports smooth material transport across a wide range of industrial processes.
Engineered as a robust roll load cell, the FZTR is available in multiple configurations to suit different mechanical requirements. One version incorporates an NSK 2203 bearing for compatibility with 17mm shafts, while another design uses adjustable mounting slots to accommodate larger bearing sizes of 40mm diameter with 12mm or 16mm height options. Offered in capacities of 30kg, 50kg, 100kg, and 200kg, this flange load cell provides stable and repeatable output for reliable signal transmission. It is widely used in printing, packaging, paper, and textile machinery, where maintaining consistent web tension is essential to avoid defects such as misalignment, stretching, or tearing. By enabling precise tension regulation during winding and unwinding operations, the FZTR improves production stability, reduces downtime, and enhances overall process efficiency.
