  • Real-time wellbore pressure monitoring on oil and gas drilling platforms. In oil & gas drilling platforms of the petroleum industry, the wellbore operation area contains a large amount of flammable oil-gas volatiles, belonging to Class II flammable and explosive hazardous environments, which requires strict explosion-proof grades for equipment. The FD3051ST flameproof pressure transmitter has Ex d IIB T6 Gb flameproof certification, which can be directly deployed in the explosion-proof area of the drilling platform, withstanding high-frequency vibration and high-pressure impact (range covering 0~100MPa) of drilling operations
  • Pressure leakage warning for crude oil long-distance pipelines. The medium in crude oil long-distance pipelines is flammable and explosive crude oil/associated gas, and the pipeline along the line is mostly outdoor explosion-proof areas. Abnormal pressure fluctuations are directly related to leakage risks. FD3051ST can withstand extreme temperature differences of -40℃~85℃ outdoors and be directly installed in the valve groups along the pipeline; its long-term stability of 0.2%F.S/year can continuously monitor pipeline pressure. When a sudden pressure drop occurs, it triggers a leakage warning by linking the 4-20mA signal to the pipeline SCADA system.
  • Process section pressure control in petroleum refining units. In process sections such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking of petroleum refining units, there are flammable and explosive oil-gas media, and the precise control of process pressure directly affects product quality and production safety. Its 0.5%F.S accuracy can stably control the process section pressure within the design threshold, and realize on-site pressure calibration with HART protocol, which can complete operation and maintenance without shutdown, adapting to the 24-hour continuous production rhythm of refining units, and ensuring process stability and production safety.
