Steel Forgings Production Process
Raw material verification → unloading and sorting → dimensional and surface check → preheating and temperature control → precision forging → controlled heat treatment → quality inspection → rough machining → non-destructive testing (UT/MPI) → final inspection → protective packaging → shipment to customer.

Our production covers forged pieces ranging from approximately 100 kg to 7,000 kg, suitable for both medium and large-scale industrial applications.

Yes. We operate a fully equipped in-house facility for thermal treatment, rough machining, and precision finishing to deliver parts that meet customer specifications.
