Forged from high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel, the component undergoes open die forging, Q+T heat treatment, and ultrasonic testing (UT) to ensure a dense internal structure and eliminate subsurface defects. Its excellent toughness and wear resistance make it ideal for wheel rims, hubs, and rail-contacting surfaces subjected to cyclic stress and abrasive environments.
