42CrMo 20CrNi2Mo Custom Forged Steel Flanges High-Strength Design Applicable To Energy, Chemical Industry
We manufacture wind turbine main shafts using premium 42CrMo and alloy steels through open die forging. Designed to withstand high torque, axial loads, and long-term fatigue, our forged shafts deliver exceptional mechanical strength and reliability in harsh wind farm environments.
All forgings are available in custom lengths and diameters, support small-batch orders, and include full material certificates (EN10204 3.1/3.2). With in-house rough machining and strict quality control, we ensure each shaft meets your exact technical standards. Regular exports to Europe and Latin America available.
The 42CrMo ,20CrNi2Mo(raw materials can be customized as required) high-speed flange is specifically designed for use in high-performance mechanical systems such as gearboxes, turbines, and rotating equipment. Manufactured through precision open-die or closed-die forging processes, this flange ensures excellent fatigue resistance, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability under high-speed operation.
