This tank's sealing system utilizes a professional solution adapted for chemical applications. The tank opening utilizes a dual-protection system consisting of a "thread seal" and a fluororubber seal. The fluororubber seal has a temperature resistance range of -20°C to 200°C and is resistant to corrosion from most organic solvents. The inlet and outlet pipe connections utilize HG/T 20592 standard flange seals. The flange sealing surfaces are precision-machined and equipped with media-resistant gaskets (such as PTFE) to effectively prevent leakage of volatilized media and mitigate the risk of explosions caused by organic solvent leaks.
