This storage tank is manufactured using an integrated winding molding process. The glass fibers are interlaced at predetermined angles (axial and circumferential). The tank body is seamless or has only a few precision welds at key locations. This process not only ensures balanced axial and radial strength, preventing deformation caused by localized stress concentration, but also reduces the risk of leakage due to splicing. The finished tank surface is smooth and flat, making it less susceptible to adhesion of media residue, simplifying daily cleaning and preventing long-term corrosion from residual media.
