This tank utilizes an integrated winding process, resulting in a tank body with no seams or only a few precision welds in key locations. During the winding process, the glass fibers are staggered at preset angles, ensuring balanced mechanical strength in both the axial and radial directions while minimizing the risk of leakage due to splicing. The finished tank body has a smooth, flat surface that resists adhesion of media residue, simplifying cleaning and preventing long-term corrosion from residual media.
