The FRP Desulfurization Tower offers flexible adaptation to various desulfurization processes. In the mainstream limestone-gypsum process, an oxidation zone can be installed within the tower. Air is introduced via an oxidation blower to oxidize calcium sulfite into calcium sulfate (gypsum), effectively recycling solid waste. In ammonia-based desulfurization, the tower's flow field design can be optimized to improve the reaction efficiency of ammonia and sulfide while reducing ammonia escape. In the dual-alkali process, the tower can be recycled with sodium alkali solution, reducing desulfurization agent costs.
