Brief Description
This tank utilizes a three-layer composite protective structure to address the high temperatures of the molten medium. The inner layer is a high-temperature, corrosion-resistant lining (e.g., a polytetrafluoroethylene coating or a special corrosion-resistant resin layer), which comes into direct contact with the molten medium and isolates the substrate from corrosive elements such as chloride ions and acidic monomers. The middle layer is a high-silica fiberglass reinforcement layer, enhanced through a cross-winding process to enhance the tank's mechanical strength and withstand the static pressure of the molten medium. The outer layer is a high-efficiency insulation layer, which reduces heat loss and maintains the molten medium.
