Description
Spray sterilization cooling machine is mainly used for atmospheric pressure sterilization of various bottled, canned beverages and dairy products. This machine adopts multi-stage processing such as circulating hot water spray sterilization, hot water pre-cooling and cold water cooling. Various energy heat recovery technologies are comprehensively utilized, which have the advantages of saving water, saving heat and protecting the environment. At the same time, it is equipped with an automatic feeding and discharging mechanism, which is a smooth transition with the automatic conveying production line. The sterilization temperature and time of the equipment can be adjusted according to the user's requirements, and different process designs can be implemented to meet the process requirements. A corresponding high-precision automatic control system can also be configured according to user requirements. Packages include non-circular PET bottles, plastic bags, and cans.

Application
This machine is suitable for pasteurization and cooling after capping or filling bottled non-low acid beverages. It has a temperature recovery function. The product can be adjusted from filling temperature to room temperature to avoid condensation on the product surface. Because condensed water makes canned products easy to rust, easy to cause labeling and printing errors, easy to damage cartons after packing.
This machine works using water as the heat exchange medium. After the sterilized water passes through the tube heater, it is sprayed evenly from the nozzle onto the surface of the bottles and cans, raising the temperature of the product itself to the specified sterilization temperature. The water temperature of the product is adjusted to room temperature by sprinkling water, and the entire amount is returned to the bottom tank for collection.
