Furthermore, the machine is suitable for sterilizing non-circular PET bottles, plastic bags, and cans, offering versatility in packaging options.
This particular machine is designed for the pasteurization and cooling of non-low acid beverages after they have been capped or filled into bottles. It includes a temperature recovery function to prevent condensation on the product surface by gradually adjusting the temperature from the filling temperature to room temperature. This is crucial as condensed water can lead to rusting of canned products, cause issues with labeling and printing, and potentially damage cartons during packaging.
The sterilization process of this machine utilizes water as the primary heat exchange medium. Sterilized water is heated in a tube heater and then evenly sprayed onto the bottles and cans, effectively raising the product's temperature to the desired sterilization level. After sterilization, the water temperature is adjusted to room temperature by sprinkling water, and all the water used is collected in the bottom tank for recycling. This efficient process minimizes waste and promotes resource conservation while ensuring the highest standards of product safety and quality.
