The tube-in-tube type sterilizer is specifically designed for processing concentrated pastes and other high-viscosity materials. This equipment features a four-layer casing structure that uses heated water as a heating medium to instantly heat and sterilize the material. Cooling water or ice water is then used to quickly cool the sterilized material. The heat exchange medium flows in the innermost two layers and the outermost layer of the tube to ensure maximum heat exchange area and efficiency, uniform internal temperature of the material, and full sterilization.
Tubular sterilizers are designed to recover and reuse heat while simultaneously cooling the materials. Ample heat can be recovered in both the preheating and sterilization stages, making this equipment highly efficient in terms of thermal energy usage.
The sterilization process is fully automated, with precise temperature control throughout. The tubular sterilizer allows for discharge temperature to be customized to meet specific user requirements, and the temperature can be adjusted to match the needs of the sterilization filling machine. This ensures that the sterilized materials are safe for consumption while preserving their nutritional value.
