Sterilizer for apple juice complete flavored beverage processing line stable performance
The sterilizing temperature and holding time of our machine are customizable. Using this equipment, fruit or vegetable juice, paste, or pulper can be heated to a high temperature of approximately 115℃, held for 30 seconds, and rapidly cooled to ambient temperature. The UHT sterilizer is designed to preserve the taste and nutrients of fruits or vegetables to the greatest extent possible.
The working principle of UHT sterilizer:
Put the product from a storage tank mounted for the sterilizer into the heat exchanger unit.
Heat the product by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp for sterilizing the product, then cool down Into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water.
Before each production shift, sterilize in place the system with aseptic filler together by superheated water.
Following each production shift, the system, including the aseptic filler, is thoroughly cleaned in place using hot water, alkaline solution, and acid solution.

The tubular type sterilizer is specifically designed for a quick sterilization process, lasting only 30 seconds, which helps to preserve the freshness of the products. For different capacities, the option of a multi-effect evaporator is available. The choice between a fully automatic or semi-automatic line can be made based on cost considerations.
