This machine is specifically designed for pasteurization and cooling of bottled non-low acid beverages after capping or filling. It incorporates a temperature recovery function that allows for adjustment from the filling temperature to room temperature, preventing condensation on the product surface. This is particularly important as condensed water can lead to rusting of canned products, errors in labeling and printing, and damage to packed cartons.
The sterilization process of this machine utilizes water as the primary heat exchange medium. Sterilized water is passed through a tube heater and evenly sprayed onto the surface of bottles and cans, effectively raising the product's temperature to the specified sterilization level. After sterilization, the product's water temperature is adjusted to room temperature through water sprinkling, and all the water is collected in the bottom tank for recycling. This efficient process minimizes waste and conserves resources while ensuring optimal product safety and quality.
