From fresh, antioxidant-rich berries to high-value juice, puree, and concentrate – our complete blueberry and berry processing line delivers a fully integrated turnkey solution for industrial-scale production. We supply everything you need to transform blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, and mixed berry blends into shelf-stable products ready for the beverage, dairy, bakery, and nutraceutical markets.

The processing line begins with gentle raw material handling. Our sorting and inspection conveyor allows workers to remove leaves, stems, and unripe or damaged berries. The washing system uses a combination of air bubble flotation and high-pressure spray to remove dirt, field debris, and pesticide residues without crushing the delicate fruit.

For juice and puree production, the cleaned berries pass through a crusher or rasping machine that gently breaks the skin and releases the pulp. A finisher with interchangeable meshes separates seeds, skins, and stems from the puree. For clear juice, an enzymatic treatment tank with pectinase breaks down cell walls, followed by a decanter centrifuge or membrane filtration system that produces crystal clear juice. For cloudy juice or natural puree, the finisher discharge goes directly to the next stage.

Our cold press extraction system preserves heat-sensitive anthocyanins, vitamins, and antioxidants that give berries their signature color and health benefits. The juice or puree then passes through a vacuum deaeration tank that removes dissolved oxygen, preventing oxidation and color degradation.

The UHT sterilization system uses tubular heat exchangers to heat the product to 121 degrees Celsius for 5 to 15 seconds, eliminating all microorganisms while retaining natural flavor, color, and nutritional compounds. An optional multi-effect evaporator concentrates the juice up to 65 Brix for ingredient use or extended shelf life.

Our aseptic filling system supports bag-in-drum packaging for bulk ingredient sales, as well as retail PET bottles, glass jars, and pouches. The complete line includes CIP automatic cleaning that sanitizes all product contact surfaces without disassembly.

Capacities range from 500 kilograms per hour for small cooperatives up to 10 tons per hour for industrial processors. All equipment is constructed from food-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel and is CE certified.
