Our aluminum‑conductor aerial bundled cable (ABC cable) is a low‑voltage overhead insulated power cable engineered for safe, stable aerial power distribution. Key Construction Details
Conductor: Concentric‑lay‑stranded compact aluminum conductor (1350‑H19 electrical‑grade aluminum wire); neutral/messenger conductor optional with AAAC aluminum alloy or ACSR steel‑reinforced aluminum for enhanced tensile strength. Single‑core, duplex, triplex, quadruplex and multi‑core configurations available (2–5 cores mainstream).
Insulation: Extruded XLPE (cross‑linked polyethylene), black UV‑resistant grade; excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, tracking resistance and anti‑cracking performance, with stable long‑term service performance under harsh outdoor environments.
Bundling Structure: Phase conductors are helically twisted around the neutral messenger conductor with left‑hand lay; no extra outer sheath, lightweight and flexible for aerial installation.
