1. Product Construction & Design
This 4-core (3 power + 1 ground) rubber-sheathed flexible mining cable is purpose-built for underground coal mining mobile equipment. Its cross-section shows a 3+1 balanced core design, with three large power conductors and one smaller ground conductor, wrapped in color-coded rubber insulation (red, green, yellow, black) and encased in a heavy-duty black rubber sheath. The stranded copper conductors offer superior flexibility, while the compact stranding ensures uniform stress distribution during repeated bending and dragging in mine tunnels.
